It doesn’t take much to get the hang of it. you can also share (others can see and change) and publish (others can see but not change) your lists. It also integrates with Apple iCal, Google Calendar and Mozilla Sunbird, which is nice, however, once you subscribe to a list you cannot edit that from within iCal, you must do it from the Remeber The Milk site.
