Shiny Letter : Mail Letters Online

by DJ Neawedde | 22nd June 2006

Shiny LetterAt ShinyLetter they take traditional practice mix it with the Web and come up with something so simple, but brilliant. All you have to do is type your letter, up to 4 pages for $2.00 , and they send it anywhere in the world. They mail from several locations around the world (USA, Canada, India - more locations coming soon), so if you are to send a letter via post, then it will get there much faster. It is very secure and they keep your letters private. Letters usually mean more to people than other forms of communications, since it is tangible and they can keep it. Very cool site, efficient (they do all the work) and inexpensive.

That is a very interesting concept. It seems cheaper and easier if you are mailing letters across the globe. Thanks for posting on it. Great blog too!

An ok deal, except you can send a regular size letter yourself internationally through the U.S. Postal Service for under $2. Their model didn’t work (their site is up but isn’t functional). […]
