As one of the guys who connected with a 9600 baud modem at this time, this video means more than something to laugh it. It’s a slice of what life was back then, and how very much has changed.
It brings back so many memories!!! I never would have imagined watching this video.. over a broadband connection back then.
The modem tone still brings a chill to my spine.. of excitement, anticipation. That is the ONLY thing I miss about modems though
Thank you so much for posting this, it really has brought tears to my eyes from the memories.
