Germany based Maxfield has just launched the new MAX IVY player, “in Europe, at least” according to Engadget.

Available in 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB versions, the player features a scratch-proof magnesium shell, a 1.8-inch TFT display, and illuminated “touch key pad” controls.

Also, the battery life is supposedly 14 hours. No video support, but you can create a photo slideshow. Pricing will start at $185, then $235, and $335 depending on the version you buy.
