The Visomate sits on top of your monitor, so when your face is close to the display (hunched over, bad for vision too), it alerts you to straighten back up. I have this problem all the time - I catch myself leaning forward to much and sit back up. After a while of using this I could see it being natural to sit straight up in your chair.
