Sony Ericsson has just patented the ‘Mobile Phone Multimedia Cradle’, a sort of docking statin for mobile phones. Complete for charging / syncing,numeric keypad and QWERTY keyboard, an LCD video out, and and USB most likely. It will let you surf the web, manage media, and transfer files too.

      A detail…, but there is a patent filed in 2000 by a company named SmartFon…they are just 7 years late.
