Months ago Visa pulled out and stopped processing credit card payments on Allofmp3.com. A major victory for the Allofmp3.com kids now says the Visa must now process payments for the site (even though it is no longer live). This means Visa may start processing payments for AllTunes.com and MP3sparks which have replaced Allofmp3.com.

The peeps behind Allofmp3.com said that its credit card processing contract had been broken illegally. The court ruled that Visa can only break contracts with merchants found guilty of breaking the law. So, since what they are doing was never ruled illegal, they’ve won the case against Rosbank, a company that does Visa’s processing in Russia.
